Marissa Lander re-joined Global Alliance in 2022 as the firm’s executive director for search operations. In this capacity, she oversees all key processes and functions related to search operations for the firm and manages the infrastructure of the search process and works to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and professionalism of Global Alliance’s work.
In her former role as director of research and operations at Global Alliance, Ms. Lander worked with the firm’s leadership on strategic planning initiatives, partnerships, marketing, technology, finance, research, human resources and was the liaison with the company's board of directors.
Most recently, Ms. Lander served as the Chief of Staff and Secretary to the Board and College at McDaniel College in Westminster, MD where she provided high-level support for the operation of the president’s office and served as a senior advisor to the president on a variety of administrative and executive duties, special projects, and initiatives.
