Global Alliance was honored to assist Notre Dame of Maryland University in its search for a president. In a unanimous decision on February 16, 2012, the Notre Dame of Maryland University Board of Trustees chose James F. Conneely, Ph.D., to be the next president of Notre Dame. He will be the first male and only the second layperson in the institution's 116-year history to serve as president. Dr. Connelly will assume office on July 1, 2012. Global Alliance has had the honor of assisting Ithaca College in its search for a Dean of the School of Health Sciences and Human Performance. On March 8, 2012, the College announced the appointment of Dr. Linda Petrosino, an Ithaca College alumna.
